Welcome to Triplanner! By downloading, installing, or using Triplanner (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Triplanner is a Windows desktop application that uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized travel itineraries. By inputting your destination, travel dates, traveler count, budget tier, trip type, accommodation preferences, and travel pace, Triplanner creates day-by-day itineraries with activity recommendations and accommodation suggestions.

3. Your Travel Inputs

When you use Triplanner, you provide travel preferences (destination, dates, number of travelers, budget tier, trip type, accommodation preference, and travel pace). This information is:

Processed locally on your computer
Sent to third-party AI services (OpenAI/Anthropic) to generate your itinerary
Not stored or uploaded to our servers
Never shared with third parties except as necessary for AI processing

4. AI-Generated Content

Triplanner's itineraries are generated by artificial intelligence and should be used as suggestions only. You acknowledge and agree that:

AI-generated recommendations may not always be accurate, current, or suitable for your specific needs
You are responsible for verifying all recommendations independently before making travel decisions
Activity availability, pricing, and business hours may change
Accommodation availability and pricing are estimates only
We recommend confirming all details directly with service providers

5. No Booking Services

Triplanner provides travel recommendations only. We do not:

Book accommodations, activities, or transportation
Process payments for travel services
Guarantee availability of any recommended services
Act as a travel agency or booking platform

You are responsible for making your own reservations and travel arrangements.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its content (excluding your inputs and generated itineraries) are owned by Fire-Arc Technologies and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App
Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
Use the App for commercial purposes without permission

Your generated itineraries are yours to use, save, print, and share as you wish.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your travel preferences and data.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
AI-generated itineraries will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your needs
Recommended activities or accommodations will be available or as described

We are not liable for:

Travel decisions made based on AI-generated recommendations
Inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable travel suggestions
Changes in pricing, availability, or business operations of recommended services
Any losses or damages resulting from your use of the App or reliance on its recommendations
Issues with accommodations, activities, or services you book

You use Triplanner at your own risk. Always verify travel information independently and exercise your own judgment when making travel decisions.

9. Updates and Changes

We may update the App and these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using Triplanner at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to discontinue the App without notice.
